Its kind of hard to explain, but your leg is coming out from where your loop and the left leg meet. Which isn't wrong, but on yours, it comes up short and makes the letter look top-heavy. Try making the leg start from the loop, that'll bring it out further and give your R more balance. Capeesh?
and yeah, negative space is the space between letters or objects. Bring em closer

its there its just very light i do everything light first i find its easier to get straighter lines and what not.. plus its also easier to erase if i dont like it.

i do see a few good letters but you really need to look at simples cuz your letters are losing structure alot, and be carefull with your marker cuz your lines are all sloppy ( no offence)

yes draw simples and keep drawing them until you hate them, and then draw more lol even most of the amazing writers still use simples. they show you how a letter is formed and where the bars should go. best way to do it.
moe, im not trying to be an ass, but that shit is wack as hell man. tone it down, i see only a slight amount of structure in there, even then it's bad. so i suggest that you start simple. BARS BARS BARS, they are your friends. leave the extensions and garbage until you have more experience. hope this helps
