I see what you're going for but you arent ready to put style into it like that. Definitely go simpler, and make that D taller rather than wide.
ya dank id just make the D and N a little bit thinner, fix the bottom left end of the N so its more like the original one, and thats not a bad outline, it def looks better without the arrows
