ok,

drop all the back ground parts/ characters/ colour/ 3d, etc...
and work on the letters.

keep the letter structure (on the T), straight. keep the letters all to the same size and perportion. also, i would say, just before you sketch, draw some guide lines for straight-ness... e.g...

TRU.
----- ...
just so it makes it easier to get the letters the right size. And work on distance between the letters e.g... T-R-U and once you have got that down try them closer/ over lapping like... TRU...

and one last thing, take the random lines going through the letters out next time...

Keep all the letters the same size, the e might look better if it was somehow joined up to the rest of the word. Uve got the right idea though

ironik, u used yellow and purple, and then orange and blue, both and contrast color schemes, and dont go good togetther at all. and the fake drips look gay.
