instead of having that wire wrapping around it, you can integrate it as a part of the fill, you'll see what I mean once the sketch 4 a battle I'm doing with nouveauP gets posted. I did an effect similar to that.
your letters need a little more work, you're almost there though. keep going
add a 3D or a shadow and have that dripping border envelop both words without keeping a space between them. that space could've been filled with a 3D going into the center.
and give these drips flow. they look bad like that.
