Newt - Your spacing needs work, the NEW are all right next to and overlapping each other, but then the T is just out there and it creates some unwanted negative space. Also, I think a few of your bars are suffering. The last thing technically you didn't do wrong but, I think that when your doing a shadow you shouldn't do it just horizontally if ya know what I mean, I would've put it up and right not just right, it usually looks much better that way. Your blending is good though. Oh you also need to add more highlights because you only did like half of them and that looks whack.

Hekle - Fairly good but watch bar width
Soej - You need to start way simpler, way way simpler, You have real real bad bars, and your letters aren't even recognizable, and I don't mean that in any good way. Go simpler, work on letter structure and less on 3d and backgrounds/fills.
Chill with that 3D too man. Shit strains my eyes. Makes the piece hard too look at.
But I agree with Vini. Your bars are completely different widths. The S and O are recognizable, but you can barely tell what the E and J look like.
I kinda like how to 3D from the J goes over the E though. It adds more depth to the piece.

I'd appreciate crits. I think the 'S' is slightly too big, and the lines in the 3d are a bit fucked, think i might fill it in block black instead.
