First actual big piece I've done. Some of the bars are uneven. They aren't that bad out of wack. Crits besides uneven bars.

I don't like the top of the "K" or the bottom of the "S" End the S before you hit the mid section. It's a good peice. Keep it up.
work on simple straights, your extensions look like garbage, the 3d is off in a toooon of places, theres too kuch negative space, and the handy sucks. Thats a big piece? its 2 pieces of computer paper... try doing two full pieces of a4
Aight, It's a big piece for me lol... But anyways. How the fuck am I suppose to learn how to do extensions without actually doing them? I can do simple straights. I just hate them because they are so fucking boring. And the 3D... I just need to stop eyeballing shit. I never actually straight edge it out.. I feel like that doesn't help. You can't use a straight edge on a wall.
if you cant do a good straight its a 90% chance you cant do anything else well. You wont learn how to do them without trying yes, but you will NEVER learn how to do them if you dont learn how to do your letters first... Who uses a straight edge? ever? I havent touched a ruler since high school. you should be able to eyeball it out by now, and be able to position your letters in the way that you wont have any awkward 3d
I got you. I can do a straight. It's just before I color I look over it. I never notice my inconsistencies until I actually post or something. I need to start taking pics of my sketches before color so it helps me notice my bars being uneven. I can do a straight. Only problem is that I don't take enough time to look over it before I begin coloring.
And yeah.... I haven't gotten the whole position your letters for no awkward 3d... I have a few spots always that has awkward 3d.
easiast ways to do 3d is straight. straight up straight down straight to the right or straight to the left. I wouldnt do any angled 3d until you get the basic 3d down.
you should be able to look at all the incosistancies of your piece while its still in pencil. Make your sketches clean if u cant eye it out when theres lines everywhere.
Meh, I hate this piece but I could use some crits on it. I already know a few things that should have been done differently. This is on my friends ceiling tile.

Millix: Not simple enough and your alphabets are wiggly and inconsistant. Straighten them up and keep'em even. see the "new to graffiti" thread for tips and tricks.

the best thing about that piece is that it's on a celing tile. straight up im stealin that idea haha. as for crits id say get rid of most if not all of the extensions, since alot of them come out of nowhere and serve no purpose. bars could use some work but aren't that bad. overall i like it .Originally Posted by Takeiteasy
