and stuttersdaily i suggest you starting out simple do what your body can do dont push yourself to hard yet that will come later. push ups, sit ups, and for the most part your work out should be cardio stuff like running or swimming
dr0ping, go buy some casein typically you'd take it before going to bed its a slow processing protein takes like 8 hours to go through you i just finished a 5lbs bottle of it and i love it but it is really thick for awhile i didnt take regular powder protein and now when i do it feels the same as water. and for at home stuff buy some dumbells like 15-35lbs and just use that for shoulder press, bi's, tri's, chest/flyes, and back and you should be set until you start going to a normal gym. this is more intense.
