i never understand why kids do curls and bench as a workout program...do you even think about that? biceps and chest...two of the stupidest muscle groups...
if youre gunna do two workouts do squats and clean and press, and youll be diesel in no time if you drink mad milk and eat mad pasta...

This is my new workout, all body resistance exersizes, i was at the gym this morning with one of my pals whos has quite big arms, and i said are you any good at chin ups or press ups, and he says no not really, i said how many can you do he was like 6 chin ups, so i was thinking i dont want to look like a gorilla with treetrunk arms and all out of proportion so i reasearced body resistance and made a workout.

anyways, ive been goin to the gym a lot more lately. like 4 times a week. just gotta eat more food. anyways, lifted about 25k pounds tonight.

for those that want to gain weight, you gotta eat at least 5-6 times a day.
i've been working out 3 times a week (monday: biceps, back, forearms. wednesday: legs, abs, obliques. friday: triceps, chest, shoulders)
but im thinkin about changing it to where i work out 2 days, rest a day, then work out 2 days again, rest, and so on and so forth. since i wanna get a certain look in 3 months.
i change my routine every 3 months as well, dont know how often you guys change yours but i think 3 months is a good enough time to see whats workin and whats not. so then i can get rid of the exercises that dont seem to workin well and try out a different one.
25k...25kg or 25,000 lol wtf and i seem to be hurting one limb after the other first my fore arm gave out then yesterday whilst on the roof getting my shoe my knee gives out.wtf
