So then use those dying cans for tags and shit, not when your trying to put something up. If its daytime, I don't bother to fill, nothing wrong with a hollow once in a while. Fill your letters when you have the time to.

I'd say work on your hand, it's not bad it just looks generic.
On the fill, the E killed your flow and it wouldve looked better if you hadn't left the bottom open. If you do that make it go down to the ground. You have good structure you just need to do some sketches until you get everything more proper. Props for getting up though, and nice color scheme
