Not sure what it says.. The only part I don't like is the middle there is a thicker part pointing downward, looks like a blob, doesn't fit the structure IMO. I like the style.
Looks like u colors part of you 3d in the wrong color. That or u just forgot it. Right underneath the part of the J and the letter b4 it...

Now I see u ran outa paint.. Probably explains the 3d

not painting for 3 months shouldn't result in bad letter structure, it would mess up how clean it is.
Im sorry dude but both of those pics are complete asshole. The "E" is the only actually letter that is starting to look like it wasn't drawn by a 2 year old chimp with down syndrome

if u look at the wall the area i painted on was flat, under the flat part it is all bumpy and shit thats why its like that.

the D's aint the same size, the O is way too big, no structure on your R, even if you did it like your K but joined the top it would look better, the level of the fill colours is all over the place, and yes the stencils (some how) make it look worse,

I banged it out in like 45 minutes with what I had no black that's why my outlines brown haha and idk if this is a dumb question but what's IMO mean?

Sense good job the brown (i cant see) Doesnt matter but if your fill was orange with brown outline was way better
Gpers the G and R are looking good but the PE S are making me sad. The P gets too funky in comparision with the other letters. The E is too little and the S is not attached and that weird cause it was possible that you didnt connect the G is clear but why not the S
