Venom: I was thinking the same thing. Kinda on a Rime MSK tip... Leave some openings in the outline... The only reason the heart arrow kinda kills it is it's a little shaky and should come down a tad further IMO.
I know Exactly what you are saying man(So the background is part of the pieces fill. basically a dope hollow outline on a hectic BG) and I agree that would look dope But I am experimenting with black lights and dope glow effects right now so I filled it with highlighter.
