Lag: You should be able to rock any marker/pen/lipstick/whatever the fuck with style. Slow down, take your time, write legibly, and give your letters some strenght... They look limp, over stylized with no style, and poorly exicuted. I'm not trying to be an ass hole, but for real.
Megr: Work on the g. It's lacking the most. Try a lower case cursive one as well.
