Flow is defined by the even composition of letters in a hand.
The H and A need to be on the same level as the rest of the word. Shit like keeping your letters leveled and even is what determines flow. That swoosh you gave the H hurts, too.

I think this is what phil was talkin about earlier. That hand looks stiff as fuck, flowless more than flawless (haha) not that it's bad, but you seem to like rigid styles I guess and it shows in your own work.

not necessarily, I said that I got nothing to crit because there's nothing technically wrong with it. it's practically flawless if you think about it.
I didn't say I liked it but I didn't say I hated it either. it's not what matters because I really like fluid, flowy stuff like Dare's work just as much as I like stiff shit.
so I don't think it has anything to do with what I like or hate. the whole reason lies in the lack of experience. shit takes time, and I'm always trying to make my styles more "fluid", like less straightness and stiffness. check my latest post in the blackbooks thread and tell me what you think dude
I agree with both of you really, when I write these tags, I still feel like im writing in school or taking notes. It still feels choppy I guess. I write the tags like that because its close to my normal handwriting and (i figured) a good starting point. But yes I am trying to work on my flow, realizing that its going to take some time to develop my own style. Nonetheless, thanks for the advice/speculation!
Phats right though, it's all proper. Youre not doing anything impressive yet, but definitely getting a good foundation in the basics. All I got is the loop in the A could be lower, and fuck with the R.
