1/3 White Spirit
2/3 Black Paint
1/4 Silver Paint
a bit of any oil apart from vegetable oil (Baby oil works best)
Small Drops of whiteout ink
WD40 only spray for about 2-4seconds ( Spray Longer = Takes Longer to dry but better drips )
Comes out good but the tag it self is bad because of how dark it was .

Devise: Over all it's not bad. The s in the one liner is tough to make out. Only thing i've really got is becareful with the loop off the end of the e. Makes it look like devisel.
