anyone like melt banana ?
Toasters - Ska band from NY
Dead Kennedys - MOST UBER PWNAGE BAND TO EVER GRACE THE EARTH (under statement)
Flogging Molly - Pretty dope.
Gogol Bordello - Super crazy cool band that is combining the gypsy with the punk.
Anti-flag - Meh.
Just wanted to clarify all the bands being discussed. I also think we should use this thread for Psychobilly. I mean it is like punks crazy hick cousin.
also:
KINKY SEX MAKES THE WORLD GO ROUND!
Drop beats...and bombs too. Both are good.
V-Unit fo LIFE NUGGAS!
punks dead
go with ska!
you got it backwards buddy.
there are hardly and good ska bands left.
and Horrorpops are pretty shitty, I saw them live a couple times and they really blow live, their CD's are ok.
anyway the Horrorpops guitar players band (Nekromantix) are AMAZING they were really good live and really pushed the psycobilly genre into the limelite after the Cramps and all that stuff.
my friends were having a fight today about whether the stray cats are psychobilly or rockabilly
any opinions?
and Vegi i completely agree except i liked some of the songs on Teeny Shiny and Speak Squeak Creak
