NO. refill with something better, it will work , but you can get alot better ink/paint.
they come prefilled with water based liquid haha

its really easy, as you know the nib on the bingo marker comes off. rip it the fuck off
get one of those kitchen spounges with the green scrubber and the yellow spoungey part. rip the green shit off. cut a circle slightly bigger than the circle of the nib.
rip the old spoungey piece out of the nib, it should just yank right out.
now tuck your green piece carefully into the rim that you just took the shitty piece out from.
it may take a few tries if its not the right size.. i mean its not THAT easy but its very do-able. then you have a much stronger nib. if its dry and clean try supergluing it in place for extra support.
or the easy way is just roll the entire piece of green spounge up and shove it in the hole where the entire nib was so its in there really tight and use that.

I have a hard time finding the KIWI mops, but make really good ones out of glue pens.
It doesnt HAVE to be Kiwi brand if thats what you're refering too, you can use other shoe brands like El Oso, Nugget and Colorfiel (mexican brands ^______^)
