your best bet would be wal mart. 10 shit cans for 10$, or 4 cans of krylon for around 10$. also try bargain outlets and some dollar stores, both almost gaurentee shitty paint for a low cost, and sometimes bargain outlets have krylon and rusto for less than 2$ a can to the kids saying "stop being a pussy, steal it" (yes i know im going to get shit for this but im ready for the heat..) stealing is against some peoples principals/ beliefs, if he wants to buy something its not up to you to tell him weather he should steal or pay for it
