the closest i could find is a hip hop shop in the atl.
and anyone who lives in metro detroit area, on old woodward in uptown birmingham there is a shop called purple haze upstairs from some pastry place.
they have a pretty good selection of caps for being a bong shop, but they dont sell paint or markers

If you live in Little Rock Arkansas there is a little art store that carries alot of diffrents markers called Art Outfitters but to get my paint I either order it or "buy" Krylon from Wal-Mart seein how there is a slim to nill scene in Arkansas there are no stores dedicated to graff.

The guy over there is kool. It's a tiny shop INSIDE 88 brixton village.
Take the tube to brixton, turn right and then after the the bridge left and hard left again. It looks sumethin like a backyard from the outside. Inside 88 turn right again an then it's on your left hand. Bring your London Map with you, if you don't know any spots
