around 5 min. im on the wrestling team, polvaulting team, did lacross for 2 years and tae-kwon-do for 6 years. so my legs are pretty good but my stamina is not the best
my best time for 2 was 12:28. I am guessing at the time I probly could have got in at or around 5. I had a guy in one of my units run 2 miles in 10:10.
