Stylordz presents STEEL CITY CYPHURS 4 4on4 Battle $800 1st Prize Saturday Jan 12 2008 3-8pm Quarters Club McMaster University 1280 Main Street West, Hamilton, Ontario L8S 4L8 DJ Raiz on the 1's and 2's $5 Competitors (resgister your team of four at [email protected] ...include names of all four members) $10 Advanced Tickets $15 General Admission at the Door $25 Video Camera Fee For those of you from Toronto / Mississauga we are renting two school buses and will be organizing a pick up at Nathan Phillips Square and Square One the day of the jam...We have 43 spots on each bus available and if you plan on taking the bus you need to sign up ahead of time via email: [email protected] INCLUDE FULL NAME AND PICK UP LOCATION (Nathan Phillips or Square One) Price for taking the bus from TO/sauga to McMaster and Back + entry into the jam = $10 Bus pick up times: Nathan Phillips Square 2pm Square One 230pm Battle Format: Since we usually get a large number of crews showing up we want all the crews to have the chance to battle since many show from other scenes so instead of showcases we will be doing straight battles for the first round. The judges will then choose the TOP 8 crews, which means even if you may win a battle you have to really come out with your best stuff because the judges will be picking the best crews who battled the hardest This gives more time for cyphers and open-mic call outs!!!!!!!!!!!! Judges: We plan on having 5 judges each representing different scenes including: Hamilton, Toronto, London, Montreal, New York Hamilton - Trx (Stylordz) Toronto - Glizzi (Bag of Trix) London - Lance (Albino Zebrahs) Montreal - Lazy Legz (Illmask/ Illabilities) New York - Kaos (Zero Gravity) Each judge will be separated from the other judges and there will be no discussion between judges about battle results.
