i agree, lift that ban. he spammed a little, and he was a shit talker, but who doesn't talk shit here. he contributed more than most around these parts.
Besides, he was banned for stupid reasons. Multiple accounts? Puh-lease. What about all the troll accounts? Celebrities and such? I bet Proper has more than 5 himself. Making a new account after getting banned? I know a few people that have done that and are still here. *cough*Resp*cough* Cesk explained himself and I think his excuses were valid. There are plently of ads in peoples sigs, and they don't get banned. And he was trying to get in touch with someone using the only info he had - their address. Proper, I think Cesk has been wrongly perma-banned, and is the victim of unequal treatment. If he remains banned then action must be taken against all the other members with similar infrations. If not then you are clearly abusing your power as a moderator.
