i like it jake. ew tester thats grotty. its all about being appealing to the eye. but then again beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
i was going for shock value not, appealing, its just fucking funny this is where i got the idea, i stole it. straight up http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vSb-nV8l2QY watch it all if you have time, its kinda slow
fair enough tester its a good idea, but i always think if people see rude and gross things in street art it kind of downgrades it and they start to assume that street art is ugly and disturbing. kinda like if all the graff was toy shit(almost the way it is) there would be even more disrespect for it. the most disturbing poster ive ever seen was one of a baby suffocating in glad wrap. anyway no beef just my opinion
i follow every step on making paste stir for half hour on heat EVERY but when i paste it up you can peel it off or it peels it self what am i doing wrong
make sure its a very low heat. after like 10 minutes of stiring leave it and look for a bubble it should come up within like 20 seconds. If it does then take it off the heat cause it means its burning But i think your ratio might be fucked up. i don't really know i'm not like a pro at wheat paste i've done like 10 batches but i might make a picture tutorial about how to make it, cause when i first started i the instructions didn't give me another info
I wanna do this for my room, how hard is it to remove? it says in the beginning that it is near impossible, but i see everyone doing it on thier drywall in thier room. can it be painted over or stripped then painted over easily with no trace of it existing there prior?
i gotta a toy question. i made my first batch of Wheatpaste (i used to rack this Yes Paste from Micheals) and it smells horrible and looks alot like applesauce. is that normal?
zepo- i've had some pastes painted over and they end up molding, i dont think its a brilliant idea to do a wheatpaste in your room, keep it to the streets ity- never heard of yes paste, haha, but it sounds like you made it correctly, make sure its not thick, water it down if it is
