I have mixed feelings about this. Yes, you can make an uninteresting shot look better in photoshop, but you can't make an uninteresting shot interesting. Not knocking anyone, just saying.

Shifted, whats up with the blur on that second shot, doesn't look natural to me.

Those Polaroids are cool.

 

Oh absolutely, It's cheating, you can't polish a turd, but just saying a mildly interesting photograph can be made visually appealing to an idiot just by doing luggage thigns like adding vignettes and upping contrasts.

No doubt a shit photo is a shit photo, but aesthetics can be improved if composition and interest cannot.

amateur shit i know, but i dk. i've always wanted to get into photography but have never really had the money to drop on a camera i'd want to take everywhere. i can always see great shots, but never have anything to shoot with.

 

Keep doing what your doing, a good camera don't mean good photos. If you feel like your ready to drop the cash then do it but don't bother if you don't want to, theres a sick website full of dope photos taken on an iphone. it doesn't really matter

just started messing with photomatrix within the last week
getting the whole tonal control thing down takes a while to get use too
once i merge the three images i just take it over to ps and bumb the levels and tweak the color balance. thats pretty much it.
i just found a setting on my camera that takes all three exposures at the same time
but i do prefer manually doing it, but it comes in handy when i dont have a tripod

 

How much that set you back.

You said you extracted all the files from that first link right? The setup file should be called setup.exe or something like that, but if thats not working its ok. If you can find the keygen and that works, just goto adobes website and download a trial of lightroom. Install that, then use the keygen to break the trial.

When it comes to downloading adobe software, I've found its always the best idea to download the trials directly from their website. Most, if not all of the trial versions can be cracked and at least you know you aren't getting any trojans coming from adobe. Torrent sites on the other hand, you don't know what your getting.
