30: ALWAYS wear a mask, always. even outside. the kitten thing, if you are so enclined, you should at least wear goggles, bits og glass might fly around, and the gore thing? nasty.
try to take more then no shits a day, 2 a day is about right, that way you wont feel bloated and you will feel realeved.

never punch a hard,strong bed post when your angry,lol, i did and now my hand is fucked up,its hurt to move it even a little bit and its all swollen and i cant sketch and paint at all.lol.i punched that fucker like 5 times as hard as i could, its a strong peice of wood too.damn im stupid sometimes.
