Cheapest place to buy Sakuras http://markingdevices.americanmarki...84620-jpg-markal-ball-paint-marker?&forward=1 Relatively cheap Uni-Paints (but you're better just stealing these) http://markers4u.us.com/uni-paintmarkersbroadpx-30.aspx Decent selection http://www.markingpendepot.com/ Best place to buy Mighty Markers (Krink K-71's with ink that's not quite as good, but still good.) http://www.traceypackaging.com/index.asp?category=10630 You're welcome. I have more sites, depending on what specifically you're looking for.
aye! thats dope, im pretty sure bombingscience price match on items like these, i no for a fact they do for sakuras...
my favorite marker mix(all can be racked at michael's ars and crafts): 2/3 creatux opaque(make sure it's opaque and not the transperant kind!) airbrush ink 1/3 folk art acrylic tube paint(same color as air brush ink,or mix it up if you want custom colors) put it in one of these [Broken External Image]:http://images.partyamerica.com/images/products/en_us/detail/250188_dt.jpg ...not the greatest against the buff, but deff does great against bad weather and fading.results=
^^exactly what I do, but i go to lowes and buy the discounted bucket paint, and just mix that shit for different colors, and if you ever need a replacement nib you could always order some from BS, or just go grab another mop
yeah,if i just dont rack another one i normaly just rip out whats left of the nib and cut out a little piece of sock and press into the ridges wherethe sponge goes
Paint thinner has nothing to do with helping to protect from fading, infact acrylics(or any water based paint) wont even mix with paint thinner,in most situations it actually just makes the water based paint thicker.
Okay so I made some paint a while ago. Put it in a mop used it a bit. And now my mop is warping? thats what some people called it the plastic seems to get thinner? Its just some ghetto junobo with only paint thinner added any ideas on how it could happen? or how to prevent it? PS. I put the remaining paint i made in a 1L bottle, same happened...
not sure.. i store my paint in a normal 2l bottle there pretty thin and i squeeze a lil bit of air out so i can tell if its creating gases inside
I've got a question here. when using a marker out on the street, sometimes you write on certain surfaces without noticing that they're a bit dusty, either because it's night, or because the dust's color is kinda clear so you do a tag on it and your marker's nib collects all the dust and gets real dirty and it won't write anymore. I know that I should touch the surface to check for dust before tagging, but in the cases when you forget, how do you fix the nib or clean it on the spot? without having to actually do a whole operation on it?
Just bought my first "Real Graffiti Marker" and it is Grog Squeezer 10mm It is fcking sweet And Buff Proof Ink
it says buff proof i find depends on what paint they use around my area if it slightly fades thru the dark grey they buff with they'll just use black and fuck you over
