for those shipping etch. its fine shipping phosphoric acid etch (the cream, and some liquids) because thats the safer stuff, hydrofluric, the very dangerous stuff requires a licence, check my post in the window scratchings/etchings thread in the flicks section for a lot of etch info.
i checked that number on ups, dhl, usps, fedex, and canada post. and they were all wrong. i think you got scammed
