Ah yeah that was a good one too, I love Frank Miller's take on Batman. I kind of liked the new Robin he added to the story. You should also read Batman Year One, if you haven't already.
i like the batman vampire trilogy, he turs into a vampier fights dracula, then looses controle and hunts his villians then gos fucking nuts and tries to kill everyone walking dead is fuking sick aswell

I have all 6 comics from the Cy-Gor mini series. It was incredible (as McFarlane always is), but I wish he made more appearances in Spawn. [Broken External Image]:http://members.shaw.ca/vcofell1/myweb4/cy-gor_1.jpg For those who don't know, he's a gorilla. A cyber one.
speaking of Mcfarlane, I happened to pick this up last week... View attachment 493540 and right now, I'm reading this... View attachment 493541
I'm not really all that knowledgeable of comics and such but a few that I've read and would recommend are: The Maxx Savage Dragon Zero Girl Dc's Kingdom come.. from '96 pretty fucking epic. Dark Knight and DKR (haven't read strikes again but no doubt it'd be sick) Wolverine illustrated by Miller and written by Chris Clairmont Preacher part 1, haven't reap 2 either but I've gotten people who hate comics to read that and they loved it. and the Star Wars: Dark Empire trilogy..
Kingdom Come illustrated by Alex Ross right? I have that on my wish list, and I would love to get it now but I need to pace myself on my comic book buy. Damn why does this hobby have to be so expensive.
Yeah, Kingdom Come is epic!! Another one I forgot to mention is Arkham Asylum: A serious house and serious earth. Your location just reminded me of it Munchies.. haha..

Sandman comic is the only one I've really collected and it's my favorite by far neil gaiman is a awesome writer and the colors in the comics are just down right fresh on a lot of levels.
Yeah, I've been really enjoying Sandman so far and I really like Neil Gaiman's writing style, but I have to say the guy gets mad creepy sometimes, at least in Sandman that is. I feel like the 80's was when comics was in its prime, but I have a feeling its starting to come back.
There's a shop in Harvard Square that sells a lot of the first Spawn issues for cheap. Didn't Spawn kinda end but then started again? That always confuses me.
[Broken External Image]:http://thetorchonline.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/06/walking-dead.jpg these past couple weeks i've read the 10 trade paperbacks of The Walking Dead. it was well worth my time, its such a great comic.
