Personally I think you should ditch the arrows an maybe change it to something like the base of the E or drop the extentions all together and the chunk on the left side of the O isn't found anywhere else and looks out of place. I suggest making the top of the M like the top of the E for some symetry because the E seems kind of out of place next to the M and O.
