I have the nikon 10.5mm 2.8 and I love it. Going to sell it soon though I reckon. Maybe. Or maybe I just love it too much.

those lenses are the same lens optically, but, one of them has more aperture blades than the other (I think,) and the focussing mechanics are different (I think.) I have the black one and it's pretty decent, but it doesn't focus properly on my leica, so I have to use it stopped down and on the farther half of the focus. If you can find one on ebay for cheaper I'd get it, I think I paid something like $30 for mine.
