find an old shop with some dusty ass old krylon an put an NYFAT on it...BOOM. my werk has NY's on the stainless steel cleaner an the kmart by ma house has old krylon, VIOLA! THE BEST EVA.
^ When I first used old Krylon, I was hella surprised by how well it flared. Only thing is that I used a Rusto fat, but I'm pretty sure any fat cap will work well.
