Battle at the Berrics 5 started somewhat recently. Who's your guys' predictions for winning it? PJ Ladd for me.
skating is such a fad now. i mean i skate a lil with my bros and have fun with it, but i honestly dont understand the poser fags that dress like and say they skate but then they show up at the park with a wally world board and they just cruise around like they are some kinda cool guy. i mean they dont even try anything? and if you like tell them off or even try and be nice and teach them something, they freak out and leave. its stupid, i mean... why act like something youre not, and then when somebody tries to make you not a poser you act offended?? stupid....
this is the newest video by 5Boro. One of the better videos ive seen recently . Raw street skating at its finest. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gyu9oWwWLCw&feature=player_embedded
Kinger i sorta feel you, I hate those kids that skate just so they can tell people they skate and wear the "clothes". those kids piss me off. The ones that say you only skate if you dress in skateboard companies shirts n shit. Cant even do an olllie lol or ride the board down a street. and sofargone you knnow that kid? He's good man
Recent lesson learnt.... Don't choose to skate in vans because your skateshoes are to mashed to skate in... you will go through the side of the canvas, sock and rip the skin clean off your foot.
Haha^ that reminds me how every shoe i skate always gets a hole in the bottom, usually under my big toe. So now my big toe is indestructible because it spent like 2 months scraping against griptape and walking all over the ground. It's about to happen to my shoes now i need to get some new ones...
I been skating for a couple years now.. I just ordered a longboard for crusin round, can't wait till it gets here, what do you guys think bout em??
Longboards are fun for 2 minutes, then you realize they suck. And i can't do any tricks and i have no interest in learning any, the only thing they're really good for is to get somewhere quicker than using a skateboard. I stick to regular boards, they don't get boring.
i won a local comp the other day, and i have a few offers to local shops and a sponsorship with a local deck company. i've been skating for 6 years now, so things are turning out pretty good.
