Shit, I got arrested last summer and my parents still let me buy paint, stencil plastic, caps. I got arrested for doing a building with two gigantic stencils, because they had an undercover cop waiting at my car on the other side of the woods I planned to run through if shit got messy. They give an occasional "I hope your using that paint in legal ways." comment, but other than that they keep their mouths shut.
