I've been lifting seriously for almost a year now, and right now all I'm taking is glucosamine for my back and joints(they're not bad, but they're not good either. :/ ), anyone wanna recommend some additional supplements?
how old are you, cuz you wont really neeeeeeed supplements till your 19..20. youre test levels are screeeeammming in your teens. id suggest just some creatine..

Not really, I know a few guys who are aspiring bodybuilders and strength athletes and they can barely crank out 5 chinups, but can military press 135.
LostYouth...the best cardio for you is pretty much running. That's the ugly truth. I'll tell you what though...15 minutes on the stairmaster is NO JOKE. haha. Any kind of running, jogging, even walking. Swimming is GREAT exercise. I swam for about an hour today, it was brutal. I've lost about 10lbs in 2 or so weeks. I think a lot of it is just water weight. I'm currently at 6'1'' 200lbs. Still got a long ways to go though
i think running beats wrestling, maybe nott boxing thats another part of my work out i do practice boxing gettin those jabs and ducks in yadimean
Play a game of rugby in the front five, you'll have the workout of your life. Unless its stopped your either running, tackling or rucking.
wrestling for sure.....fastest way to lose weight too.....imo wrestling's the fucking hardest sport there is, been on the team for 3yrs so far okay so right now i weigh 171lb. and these are my maxes: bench: 245lb. deadlift: 405lb. squat: 315lb. power clean: 225lb.
my workout plan is very simple. Since I want to gain strenght, Im doing 1x15/1x10/1x5 for each exercice. Day1:Back + triceps Day2:Legs Day3:chest+biceps+forearms. Day4:Shoulders + abs. I do at least 20 mins of intense cardio everyday.
way to take care of yourself "lol" Yeah wresting and boxing are great cardio...but you aren't just gonna go to the gym and wrestle. I'm sure he meant something he could just go out and do. I'm sure any sport is better than just running because you use different muscles and shit. Jumping rope is also a great cardio exercise
lol, im naturally buff. i was able to bench 130 at the age of 12. now i can bench 190. lol, ive barely EVER even worked out.
