a subi chick huh? lol I hear i did the Old Camaros too 60's and early 70's anyway but their played out in my mind. Those and say early 70s and 60's chevelle are one of my favorite body style but SOOOO many people have them that theres no originality about them. I would rather have a car that people would be like, "WTF is that?" "I dunno but its tight!" kinda shit ya know? That and im a pontiac guy what can i say. <3
Consumer Reports Used Car Buying Guide does not have a separate listing for the Impala SS. But the Caprice on which it is based has a nearly trouble free repair record in the 1993-96 model years. Dave Amshoff, service manager at Bill Seidle Chevrolet in Clermont, Florida, says the Impala SS is just as dependable as the Caprice, which is to say, nearly bulletproof. "The car has no weak points," he said. Mr. Amshoff says most Impalas visit the service department for oil changes and other scheduled maintenance. The last Impalas were built Dec. 13, 1996. The cost is about $25,000. There have been no major recalls.
I had a '94 Pontiac Grand AM (SE, I believe). It was the worst piece of shit, I've ever had the displeasure to drive.
i could be wrong but i dont think the SE had the ls1? im too lazy to check... they are allright if you get an ls1 in it, they are kinda rickety on the chassis+suspension side though
That's not the phantom is it? And yes HerbN I am hooked on Subes, but some '05 '06 models were apparently called back and they've halted production. Here, Camaro's aren't too common. So when you see one you pause.
I never said that all pontiacs are nice by any means lol Those grand ams are most definately pieces and no they never had an LS1 or anything near it. GTO and Trans am were the only LS cars. The stock suspension on say my trans am is definately not rickety though. It can handle its own for sure, its beat imports in plenty of turns. And yeah the 05 and 06 sti did have some problems, theyre definately nice cars though, ide take one of those over an EVO but year after year they are almost dead even statistic wise. 08 EVO's have 14 less HP than the 08 STI and do in fact way more than the STI but that means jack shit in the after market world. The EVO's all wheel drive electronics are far more precise and high tech than the new STI's AWD system Which makes up numbers in traction control
I found out it was the turbos they're not building anymore. And while the new impreza style has grown on me, I can't shake that feeling that it's lost something.
nah i like the new STi but i like lst years EVOs i dont care about how it can burn it STOCK saying u can mod anything to a 10second car like my friends civic.. seriously. lol
haha ALOT of rice, basically the only thing in that was that was a "CIVIC" was the body haha the rest was aftermarket parts. it was tons of fun doing it though. it got pretty expensive but i mean if you know some1 at a shop or are smart it doesnt get TOO bad but yeah it was too funny lol
