obviously you know very little about inks and ink making. you are correct that india ink on its own is relatively buffable, but anyone who is anyone knows that india ink isn't to be used on its own. india ink is one of the most opaque and colourfast inks i've stumbled apon. just toss it in all your homemade inks for good strong colour on whatever suface you use. works like no other. hokes' super fabulous ink recipe: india ink boot polish pilot ink wood stain a tiny bit of brake fluid. voila.

mix india with paint thiner, alcohol and black acrilic paint, its mad hard 2 buff and comes out mad nice
