i gave this kid the money he went to go get the bud (i normally wouldnt do this but im new to the town) i waited for a while and my sis came and i had to leave and while we were pulling out the kid with my bud was coming in and i didnt get my shit

you were buying some bud from a kid but he needed your money up front and had to leave to go buy the weed from his dealer, no doubt, which he would then bring back to you.
When he was gone your sis showed up and you had to leave. As you were leaving the kid showed up with your bud but you couldn't get out and get it because your sis is a cunt.

If you know the kid well theres not much of a problem with this, you can just get your bud later. asap before he smokes it on you.
but if you don't know the kid that well you should have just asked him for his dealers number and cut him out of the transaction.
if you were buying the bud direct from him you shouldn't have given the money until he had the bud in hand ready to give to you.

depending on the circumstances it could either be no big deal, or you're a dumbfuck
