i dont know man, some parents are different. my mom doesnt know yet, but my dad doesnt care if i write, but he'll flip if he catches me smoking. i have a friend that writes, his parents know he smokes weed and they dont care but they freak out if they find out hes been getting up. just try and reason with them and tell them that if you werent writing, youd be doing worse shit. show them that you do it more because you love the art than because you just like fucking with people. and if none of that works, use the line at 2:57 hahahahah
