Barsons getting his words mixed too no worries, An emultion is a mixture of water an oil with an emulsifyer to create the effect, Mixing it with alcohol would make it another type of paint.

u kno when u open a can of latex paint, befre you mix it up, the linseed oil or .w.e they use pererates and goes to teh top, then under taht are teh pigments, possibly other things.
ANd for baron, whats a medium for alcohol based shit? i mean teh only emulsion ik abotu is acrylic polymer emulsion, becasue you can buy teh shit at art stiores, but ive never heard of any for alcohols or oils.

    And I should leave why?

It works. And its alot easier to do than make white ink.

Best thing other than what I said it to just make white gk.

wait so why woudl you need an emulsifier if your just mizing pigemtns and dyes with alcohol? like tehres no oil involved right? so how would you suspend pigments in alcohol? im assumign you can just throw them in right?

Nah nah man, It all depends on the pigments themselved, you dont need an emulsifier when mixing pigments, only when mixing oils and water, its all dependant.
You have to have other chemicals or even catylists, depending too.

Oh yeah and lol latex paint contains no oils.

Emulsifiers only used to mix oils (so what do they do)

What are some common pigments and what chemicals/catalyizts are needed?

And by catalyist do you mean simple temprature/pH changes or do you mean actual enzymes are needed?
