Yeah I actually haven't shot any graff in a year. Too cliche for me. I plan on using some spots for portraits though. The film stuff is mainly gonna be for street shooting I think. I still like the instant feedback of digital

Oh no doubt. I like seeing nice graff flicks. But there is no good graff here. I'm in a small town. If I go to the city its mediocre lol

I'm pretty interested in film photography too.
So I just found my dads old film camera. It's been sitting in this shelf for like probably 7 years. Long ass time. This thing on the back shows the date and it was actually correct. I took two photos with it but I don't know if there was others on there. The scroll thing at the top says 1 but i dunno what that means.

I think it's a canon sure shot? Not an SLR. Here's Pics....

what are the chances a new dslr has a dirty sensor
and is it worth trying to clean myself or taking it to a shop

DO NOT TRY CLEAN IT YOURSELF.

Take it into a shop to get cleaned. Only way to clean yourself is if you buy a blower, never ever touch the sensor or blow into it with your mouth, far too much moisture and spit.

anybody that wants to start off in real film photography might i suggest getting a pentax K1000, its the best thing for some one who wanted to start off in regular 35mm film shooting and decent price. so if you want to get into film photography the pentax k1000 is a good place to start. then you can look into more cameras as time goes on such as rangefinder camera and TLRs
