heres my lame attempt at solving that riddle hahaha...I sucked misserably but it was good mental exercise.

1) Your in a house.....and their in the and their are three doors. One door leads to you a dragon which eats you, the other leads to you icy cold weather which you die once you step foot in, and the other door leads you to hell. What do you do?

 

i figured this out in 38 minutes... i dont know if thats good or bad... but the key to this really is to follow the info they give you... and the best way, is to figure out the house order, once you do that, its a cake walk...

house order is Yellow, Blue, Red, Green, White, then using the clues you can figure out who lives in what house.

my conclusion was the German, i am not 100% if i am correct, but thats my final assumtion.
