I was just wondering, do people really respect stencil guys? Like what do writers think of people who do stencils?

 

no one respects 'stencil guys' where i am from, most of the stencilers have stopped because their shit gets slashed or people write ARTFAG next to it... most of them don't know shit about the scene and are just faggot hipsters that think that they're cool when they make gay stencils

 

i respect someone who busts out an ill stencil or wheatpaste, some guys on SR have to sick shit. but seeing those lame clearly posterized stenciles that you take an imagee from google then print it, and kids usually doa CCTV or something. CAUSE ITS FUCKING RAD... shits hella gay.

 

Okay, because iv been bombing some casinos but it's just too risky so i was going to start doing stencils there and bomb over head signs or something.. i just wanted to know whether i should put my name by em or not aha

 

i dont put my tag by any stencil. id only do it if its good. if you are looking to get into stencils just get known for your work bro.

i stenciled before i started writing....but i did life size stencils like 7 feet tall ones and shit..... Dont do that lame small stencil shit. IF u want respect as a street artist u gota think outside the box, Going big to doesnt hurt. But in the end its still pretty lame and writers will think ur a joke.... Even banksy got his shit destroyed within a week in my city and hes prolly the biggest street fag out there

 

Yeah, i just want to get up.. it's hard bombing casinos, which are the only places with good walls around. stencils would just be easier but ill pass unless iv got a good idea.. and yeah the small ones are annoying

 

I like stencil artists... some stuff is pretty cool and smart and creative and all in all fun to do imo
I don't mind em at all. BUT when they call temselves/people call them graff writers or bombers... THAT's when I throw a fit and start absolutely hating on em
