Question for someone who knows shit...

I have been sketching a lot lately and its been making the top of my hand get real stiff and hurt a bit when I'm drawing, on top of my hand by the middle/ring finger, right below the knuckle.
Does anyone know anything to stretch this shit our or exercise it?
