i had this shit for a month once and i got 3 fingers frostbit. couldnt feel anything with those 3 fingers for the whole month. painting in late jan, fuckkkkkkkk thatttt.

shit swelled up forever, and the skin on my hand felt tight forever.

but also when you lock your finger in place holding down the cap, no matter the temperature outside, it will eventually go numb from being locked up so long. sometimes i end up using my thumb.

 

haha ive had my finger swell up pretty big but always left after a day or 2... and thats from painting at -40C once and for a long time at -30C another time... hahaha

its bad blood circulation if u get it when its not cold... just leggo the can and shake youre hand for a while n u should be fine hahaha

Actually what it means is you're not wearing your respirator. One of the VOCs in aerosol paint Toluene when built up in high enough amounts in the blood causes numbness to limps. I use to get numbness in my fingers all the time, then I started wearing a mask, now I can paint all day and no numbness.

ya minor frostbite, happens all the time to me... u can do the same thing with a can of deoderant spray.... the numbness will go away in a few hours but its gonna be sore n tender for a couple days... depending on how bad it is
