that has nothing todo with the cap, its the new double speed valve system. its used on monatana platinum, i think on black as well not sure, on monster colors etc. just the valve has a high and low pressur setting depending on how hard you push. cans always had a certain amount of control, they jsut made a new valve so its alot less tireing and easier to control that.its pretty hard to mantain constant low pressure on the cap on cans like krylon etc. female caps are alot less tireing on the fingers haha but i dont like them that much, sure the spring is soft, so that nice for large fills but it doesnt react quite as fast as a hard spring, wich can get annoying (kinda like spanish montana, feels like the cap 'sticks') im sure you can get montana. either online or from a graff shop...unless you guys are into pro belton then maybe no graff shops stock montana but id be surprised. japaneese arent necessarily better then the rest, they have a certain motivation incaulked in them since they are a kid that has been lacking lately in america, look back at the 50's and a normal american was readin popular mechanics and inventing or tinkering in his garage. Japanese ppl are good, because they don't brag and are shy. They try hard (ganbatte ne), try to improve and are almost friendly/polite to each others. There is no crime, or better said it is minimal as hell No guns, no rapes, no fucking shit like that. Ok, there is the yakuza, but normal fellows don't gettin in touch with dem. IT's a different social system. I've tried maself in Kanji letters as style and I think this is kinda hard. Even hiragana and katagana is not easy, because it is hard to read. It's because of the radicals and similary strokes, not like in roman alphabet. Try a wildstyle from a composite kanjis - it is impossible to decipher! I saw some pics from graff in tokyo, but that's almost from european and oldschool stuff. I also asked my penpal and she never ever really saw graff in tokyo. And about the yakuza... the normal montreal fellow doesnt get in touch with the hells angels or the mafia. the normal american fellow doesnt get in touch with the bloods, the crips, the latin kings, etcetc... that doesnt mean less crime. in a country like japan where the women have a very specific role, and are almost forced to be acceptant to male treatement, rape probably goes often unreported. And the politeness aspect is just a way they have learned to deal with dense populated areas. Its a false polite front to have a smoother society. They also have devlopped a knack for turning away when shit goes down and pretending not to notice. I have noticed this doing daytime tagging in chinatown, asians in general tend to notice you are tagging and look away and keep on what they are doing pretending to not notice.
