Honestly I don't give a shit about animal rights anymore. I was a vegan for a while and then a vegetarian for a while.. But on the protein note.. It's been a proven fact that people in North America are actually consuming more protein than what they actually need, which in turn depletes their protein. Vegetarians/Vegans can live a very healthy lifestyle as long as they are willing to stick to it.
im a vegi ... but i do eat meat now n then i mainly have been eating diffrent types of rice dishes for a while but i do like a nice piece of meat now n then ..:/

Mm, I read every single post in this thread and I did not see even one time someone saying that it was healthier for you? Honestly I think the whole idea is fucking stupid, but there's no reason to bash people for it.. Most people would consider us vandals, and sure, maybe some of us are..
