They are probably a foreign scammer. I really wish BS would get back to editing stuff like this. Lately, I will drop a report on them, and it goes... ...nowhere. Which means it won't be long until the forum is nothing but scam messages and spam and is unusable, at least at the current rate of growth. I really do need to start my own forum. I own a website. Forum creation isn't THAT hard for my webhost. Sigh... would anyone reading this join if I did? We'd be able to better control spam, and focus more on these battles. Of course, if you are reading this and are part of the BS team, take it not as a ToS violation, but more as a a call to better police this place. Because you are losing it.
Also, don't forget, if you go to the account of the person who made the post, you can "ignore" them. That helps a tiny bit.
