Juggalos are American social outcasts that wear facepaint, and listen to ICP. They believe themselves hardcore, brutal, sick-minded motherfuckers, when in fact, they are all either fat, shaved-head white kids in beanies, or skinny, glasses-wearing white kids...in beanies.
basicaly theres a phase that alot of kids get into in the us, where they listen to icp (insane clown posse) and they get so consumed into the music to where they wanna be just like the band...and the band talks about drinking faygo, and killing people..note that they dress like ghetto ass clowns its fucking retarded, words just cant describe it their "followers" are called juggalos, and they wear little wristbands and shit to signify that their a "juggalo" its your typical 13-17 year old stoner basicaly a text book example would be the kids sitting in that tube, its nothing short of cliche to the subject
