u know what this one needs tho: a nice soft drop shadow on it to pop it out a bit. no border! just a SOFT shadow... try smudging some light pencil with ur finger under it

 

I actually thought about that, Phat2. But decided not to at the last minute because it's a ribbon flowing in the wind. Won't really need a drop shadow for something that's flowing in the air you know?

Well, the comments threw me off. But I was never really doing these things for anyone's approval. I use these battles to fuel me to keep drawing. I enjoy doing it and that's all that matters to me personally. :]
