k this is kind of random but in the 905 theres these sheets of paper taped like on basically every light post, stop light post and street sign and it says stuff about this religion and repenting to god and stuff. is this illegal?

its not the point its about god its that its taped on like every post lol, with like tape wrapped around the whole thing so it would be really hard to remove
