Irreversible. was the most walked out film at sundance when it came dont know if it has been beaten though. a freaquency that is almost inaudible to the human hearing is played which gives a sense of nausea. i wouldnt say its the sickest films but its up there for uniqueness. Oldboy is up there for a twisted story with intelligence.

i've always said the Saw films were cheese, after watching them again they're pretty decent. all about physiological horrors though, Session 9, Blair Witch Project etc

But just recently I saw a movie called The Girl Next Door. It was about a transgender hate crime, but they did some really disturbing stuff to that person. In one scene they even take a blowtorch to her vagina. It's some nasty stuff.
